2 / Please arrive 5 minutes early.

If possible, we recommend that you arrive early to the center to complete forms necessary for the intake session.

3 / Intake Session

The purpose of the intake session is to understand the client’s counseling goals, personal history, and current status. The intake session aims to communicate preferences and build rapport. Clients are encouraged to express their concerns during this meeting. The intake session usually lasts 60-90 minutes, depending on therapist's intake style.
The fee for the intake session will be adjusted based on the therapist’s hourly rate.

4 / After Each Session

You may complete your payment for the session at the counter, and schedule for your next appointment.

Confidentiality

Seeing Counseling Center is a registered medical institution that specializes in mental health services. All the psychologists at the center have obtained their psychologist license from the Ministry of Examination. And all members of our center are trained and qualified for their respective positions.

Please rest assure that we strictly abide by Article 17 of the Psychologist Law - wherein psychologists or their practitioners shall not disclose the secrets of clients that they know or hold due to their business.

Exceptions

In the interest of safety for you and others, the principle of confidentiality may be broken in the following situations:

Intent to endanger the life, freedom, property, and/or safety of oneself or others.
Legal liabilities that must be notified will be notified in accordance with the law.
